Most orders received MONDAY-FRIDAY before 2:00PM CST and on SATURDAY before 09:00 AM CST will ship the same day, provided order is in stock.

We are unable to make changes to the shipping address after you have made payment and will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy is within 30 days. Must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. Otherwise, no credit will be given. To be eligible for a FULL REFUND, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or UNOPENED with complete packaging.
NO REFUND will be given if items are ALREADY USED or OPENED!
For domestic orders, we kindly ask that you verify your shipping address to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the total amount for any orders with incorrect or insufficient addresses, as well as for unclaimed packages.For our international customers, please remember to provide your full name rather than initials to avoid any issues with customs. It's also important to double-check your shipping address. Please be aware that shipping fees for incorrect or insufficient addresses will not be refunded. If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at diana@dnelsonenterprises.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
