We accept returns on items that are:

• Unopened
• Unused 
• In original condition 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us with a photo so we can assist right away.

 

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used items

• Sale items, kits, sets, or limited-edition products

• Supplements/ingestibles (unless damaged on arrival)

 

How to return an item:

1. Email diana@dnelsonenterprises.com with your order number and return request.

2. We’ll email a prepaid return label.

3. Pack the item securely (original packaging if possible).

4. Ship it back using the provided label.

5. Refunds may take up to 14 days after receipt to be processed.

 

Refunds are issued for product cost only, minus the return shipping fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
