• Delivery times after processing: 

• U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days

• Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Saipan (under 2 lbs): 

Due to carrier transit changes, delivery may take 3–4 weeks.

Customers may upgrade to Priority Shipping for faster delivery 

 

• International: 2–21 days depending on carrier and destination

 

Customs & Duties

International shipments may require customs fees or duties based on destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product pricing.

 

Returned Shipments 

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address, or 

• Unpaid customs or import duties

A refund will be issued for product cost only once returned to us. Shipping fees are not refundable in these cases.
