What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices on our site are in USD, CAD, INR, GBP, AUD , EUR, JPY.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We know you’re excited to receive your order! We work hard to ship your items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days for production time, and then shipping usually takes around 15-21 days.
You’ll receive an update with your tracking number 3-5 days after your order ships. If you don’t have a tracking number within 7 business days, please reach out to us at diana@dnelsonenterprises.com and we’ll assist you right away!

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If the product is damaged or defective, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Just send it back to us (at your own shipping expense), and once we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund. Please include your name and order number with the returned item.
Please note: If your package is already in transit, wait for it to arrive before returning it for a refund.


Can I cancel my order?

 

Absolutely! If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it right away with no fees. If it has already shipped, email us at diana@dnelsonenterprises.com so we can help guide you with the next steps. 

 

Can I return my order?

 

We want you to love every purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Because our products are health and beauty items, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in original condition. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out and we’ll take care of you.

 

To return an eligible item, ship it back at your expense. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost. Please include your name and order number inside the package. 

 

If your order is already on its way to you, please allow it to arrive before sending it back.

 

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

 

Reply to your order confirmation email immediately and notify us at diana@dnelsonenterprises.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.  Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

 

My order shows “Delivered” but I can’t find it.

 

Please check near mailboxes, porches, side doors, or with neighbors/building staff. If still missing after 1 business day, contact us so we can file a service request with USPS. (You may also file a request directly with USPS https://emailus.usps.com/s/package-inquiry

 

What if my package is returned to you?

 

Refunds are issued for products only once returned to us.

 

*Shipping costs are non-refundable when packages are returned due to incomplete addresses or missing information.


How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide from various fulfillment centers, so shipping times can vary depending on where you’re located. On average, it takes about 15-25 business days to receive your order.
