I just placed an order, when will it ship?

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Just send it back to us (at your own shipping expense), and once we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund. Please include your name and order number with the returned item.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

As long as we hear from you within 24 hours, we can update your address for you. After 24 hours, we won’t be able to make changes, but don’t worry—you can still return the package if needed.
