RETURN POLICY


Domestic Returns
We believe in offering only the best skin care and beauty supplement brands that our customers will love. However, we know that a certain product may not be completely to your liking. That's why we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at dnelsonenterprises.com

*All sales final for items on sale, kits, sets, and certain limited edition items
*Supplements, dietary supplements and grocery items are non-returnable due to potential safety risk as an ingestible product, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement through Your Orders by providing an image of the item and its defects.

Return Procedure:
1. Email diana@dnelsonenterprises.com letting us know your order number and which product you would like to return.
2. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
3. Package your return item in the original box and packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a box that will prevent damage in transit. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
4. Print the prepaid return label and mail your return to us.
5. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. It takes up to two weeks to process returns and issue a refund to your account for the price that you paid for the products less the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the shipping costs that you were originally charged.
